Process

How it works, step by step.

  1. 01

    Site visit

We walk the premises with you, look at drawings if there are any, and agree the scope and any out-of-hours requirements.

  2. 02

    Written quotation

An itemised price with a programme. Variations are priced and agreed before they are done, not after.

  3. 03

    Installation

Work is carried out to the agreed programme, with method statements and risk assessments supplied where the site requires them.

  4. 04

    Test, certify, hand over

The installation is tested, certified and handed over with the paperwork your insurer and landlord will ask for.

Pricing

What it costs.

Commercial work is quoted per job after a site visit. Maintenance can be priced per visit or as an agreed schedule.
