App and voice control, schedules and scenes, using systems that are well supported and easy to live with.
LED strip in joinery, stair and plinth lighting, picture lights and pendants hung at the right height.
Path, wall and feature lighting, cabled for outdoor use and controlled with the rest of the house.
Smart thermostats and zone controls wired to your existing heating system.
Process
We walk the rooms with you (or the drawings, for a new build) and talk about how each space is used.
A marked-up lighting plan with fittings, switch positions and controls, and a fixed price.
Cabling goes in before plastering; fittings and switches go on after decorating.
Scenes and schedules are set up with you in the house, in the evening if possible, so you see it as you will use it.
Pricing
Lighting is priced per room or per project once the plan is agreed. Fittings can be supplied by us or by you.
