Know exactly what condition your wiring is in.
A periodic inspection tests the fixed wiring in a property and records its condition in a written report. Homeowners use it for peace of mind, buyers before they sign, landlords between tenancies, and businesses for their insurer.
Testing in progress: multifunction tester in hand at a socket or board, with the report sheet or tablet in view.
Our reports are written to be read. Each finding is graded by urgency, with photos, and we explain it to you rather than just emailing a PDF.
